Q How soon should I reserve a moonwalk?
 
A As soon as possible to ensure you receive the unit of your choice.
 
Q Do you inspect, clean and sanitize your moonwalks?
 
A We inspect, clean and sanitize our jumpers after each rental. We pride ourselvesin providing you with the cleanest jumpers.
 
Q How long can I keep the Inflatable?
 
A Your rental is for the day of your event (up to 6 hours). Typically, we start making deliveries in the morning and return to pick-up the equipment before sunset .Our delivery goal is to arrive at least 1 - 1 1/2 hours before your event starts and pick-up within an hour after the event. We do understand that sometimes this is not possible or it is inconvenient for you, so we work with our customer on a time that best serves you. Serving the customers needs, is first priority to J&JMOONWALKS
How many children are allowed at one time in a bounce house and whatis the weight limit?
 
A Kids ages 3 to 12 and no more than 7 at one time to avoid injury.The weight limit is1000 pounds.
 
Q Do I need a generator?
 
A If you have a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area,a generator is not needed. However, if there is no power we can provide agenerator to run the blower for the moonwalk For an additional $ 50.00
 
Q Can you deliver and setup if my event is at a park or forest preserve?
 
A Yes, but you will need a permit from the city or municipality to hold your event,you must check their requirements.
Q Where is the best place to setup the moonwalk?
 
A The safest is a grassy leveled area, but we can setup on any level surface. It is very important that the location is flat We will setup for minimum damage to your grass or sod, however we are not responsible for any damage, your grass will spring back to normal within a day.J&JMoonWalks will not be held responsible for underground obstacles when stakingdown moonwalks. Please consider obstacles when choosing a location for setupIt is also imperative that the location allows for overhead clearance from any trees, power-lines, is free of debris, and is easily accessible.
 

                                                                    Regarding delivery and set-up

Most of the time if the weather is forecast to be adverse, but has not arrived, we will leave it up to the customer as to whether to deliver the Inflatable or not. If there is a bad storm in the area, we will call you before we depart the warehouse for your delivery. If you would like to reschedule due to bad weather, we ask that you call us as soon as you decide. In the event we do not hear from you, we will assume that the weather is clear in your area and will be there to set-up your event and payment will be due. Once the equipment is set-up we ask that you observe the weather and the weather forecasts and make every effort to maintain the equipment in a safe manner, in the event that it rains, thunderstorms, etc. If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation, please call us at least 2 hours before your scheduled delivery time and we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation with no cost or penalty. If you decide to cancel and not reschedule, see below for our policy on cancellations.

 

Q What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my reservation?

 

A We ask that you reschedule and not cancel your reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your inflatable rental, please call us as soon as possible. We understand that things come up and we will work with you to choose another day if you decide to reschedule. If you decide to cancel and not reschedule, cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to your rental date or you will be charged a cancellation fee. If we have already delivered your rental we will not accept a cancellation.

 

Q Does J&J Moonwalks Party Rentals  have insurance?

 

A Yes. We carry a  liability insurance policy. Please note that all   companies and individuals that rent from J&J Moonwalks Party Rentals  are required to sign a rental agreement prior to setting up the equipment. We cannot set up the inflatables until the rental agreement has been signed.

 

 

Q: What payments do you take?

A: Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

 For businesses, schools or churches checks are acceptable. If paying by Credit Card our office will process your card 48 hours prior to your event.

 

Q: We´ve rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A: No. The moonwalk should be clean when you get it.
